Join our dynamic Team in Sydney as Pre, Post & Overland Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and shaping of lasting memories, by developing land programs showcasing some of the iconic parts of Australia.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be working closely with various cruise lines and their clients in their daily operations around Australia. This is a Sydney based role but may present an opportunity to travel to some exciting destinations within the country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will be someone with a passion for promoting Australia by creating exciting multi day programs.
• This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation of financial and content proposals according to client specifications & deadlines.
• Achieve attractive margins on programs whilst understanding the market dynamics in the region.
• Work with the Supply team to discuss and develop ideas for Pre and Post, Overland programs.
• You will be working closely with the Commercial Development team to grow the programs through client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Work with the Pre, Post & Overland’s Operations teams to ensure correct alignment between proposed and delivered services.
• Ownership of communication and relationships with stakeholders, including cruise lines

ABOUT YOU

• Have a strong knowledge of Australian Geography.
• Previous experience in travel/tourism is highly advantageous and knowledge of multi day touring is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Good team player.
• The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards.
• Is comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
• Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working.
• A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• The ability to work in Australia.
• The ability to travel if required.
