OVER DE FUNCTIE
Als Licensed Engineer bij TUI speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze vloot. Rapporterend aan de Duty Engineer, maak je deel uit van een zeer bekwaam wereldwijd team dat zich toelegt op het veilig, punctueel en kosteneffectief opereren van onze vliegtuigen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Het uitvoeren van routinematige onderhoudscontroles, reparaties en inspecties aan onze vloot van vliegtuigen in overeenstemming met de wettelijke normen en bedrijfsprocedures.
- Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om technische problemen en onderhoudstaken efficiënt op te lossen.
- Het gebruik van jouw expertise om met complexe vliegtuigsystemen te werken en effectieve oplossingen te implementeren om optimale prestaties en veiligheid te garanderen.
- Het monitoren en certificeren van het werk van collega's met een 'A'-licentie.
- Ondersteuning bieden voor een prestatiegerichte aanpak, met de nadruk op technische vluchtbetrouwbaarheid en het minimaliseren van uitgestelde defecten.
- Het bieden van ondersteuning buiten de basis indien nodig, inclusief reddingsoperaties onderweg en andere basisondersteuning binnen de TUI-groep
OVER JOU
- Ingenieur met een B-licentie die in staat is om de Part 145-goedkeuring te behouden voor de B737NG, B737MAX & B787, met operationele onderhoudservaring.
- Bewezen ervaring in vliegtuigonderhoud, bij voorkeur binnen een commerciële luchtvaartmaatschappij of een organisatie voor vliegtuigonderhoud.
- Sterk technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen, met een scherp oog voor detail en een toewijding aan het handhaven van veiligheidsnormen.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met collega's en belanghebbenden op alle niveaus.
- In staat zijn om een luchthavenbeveiligingspas en lokale rijvergunningen op de luchthaven te verkrijgen.
