Our Finance & Commercial Analysis Graduate Scheme is designed to develop analytical talent into future leaders who drive performance through insight and strategic thinking. This rotational graduate scheme gives you exposure to key analytical and finance-focused areas of the business: Commercial Analyst Build a strong foundation in commercial performance analysis. You’ll work with data to evaluate trends, support trading decisions, and provide insight that drives business growth and profitability. Foodservice / Retail Analyst Gain hands-on experience supporting either our Foodservice or Retail teams. You’ll analyse customer behaviour, track performance, and help shape strategies that improve sales and customer satisfaction across channels.
