What you´ll build

• Work closely with the Product Excellence team to support cross-product initiatives and day-to-day product management activities
• Help coordinate and run programs and processes with relevant stakeholders, and assist in collecting results and insights
• Support onboarding and upskilling activities for the Product Management Group (e.g., documentation, sessions, materials)
• Assist the team in improving efficiency of initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed
• Try out AI tools on real tasks (e.g. summarizing research, drafting specs, sorting feedback) and share what works
• Build simple prompt templates and how-to guides for the team
• Pull together basic numbers and reports
• Keep internal documentation up to date
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams and track actions to ensure timely delivery of outcomes

What you bring

• At least 1 year' experience with data and products in a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, …) or marketing/business management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior experience in stakeholder coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to deliver with tight deadlines
• Excellent follow-up skills
• You use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for studies or projects and enjoy trying new ways to use them
• Organized, curious and a clear communicator
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent presentation skills (must have)
• Ability to identify and leverage any opportunity of improvement using AI & Automation

A plus:

• Experience working in a product team
• You can also perform quantitative analysis on complex data sets

Product Excellence is a team under the SAP Signavio functional unit where we enable product teams to build exceptional products that delight users and achieve business goals by championing a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product management.
We provide essential frameworks, tools and best practices necessary to craft strong product strategies, make informed decisions, and execute effectively. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we ensure sustained innovation and excellence across the organization

The Product Excellence team comprises multiple specialized sub-units that collectively enable high-performing, scalable, and customer-centric product teams. These include Business Analytics, which provides data-driven insights to support informed decision-making; Practices and Programs Management, which establishes governance, drives execution discipline, and ensures alignment across initiatives; and Curation of Best Practices, focused on defining, standardizing, and continuously improving processes to enable smooth project execution across cross-functional teams.

In addition, the team focuses on Voice of Customer initiatives to systematically capture, analyze, and embed customer feedback into product strategy and delivery. We also manage onboarding and upskilling programs to accelerate new team members’ productivity and continuously enhance the capabilities of existing talent. Finally, the team emphasizes the optimal utilization of available tools, frameworks, and resources to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and enable product teams to focus on delivering maximum value.
