What you'll build
We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support the customer value stories and references team within the SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX organization. The working student will have an opportunity to work in areas such global marketing and sales programs, Go-To-Market (GTM) learning projects and product development market rollout activities.
Ideally – you have a strong background in IT, but also love the marketing aspects of IT – what’s the value of apps and tools for end-users and companies and how do you win customers heart and wallet.
Your tasks will include:
- Creation, validation and send out of global reference communications via Email and (internal/external) collaboration tools
- Build up automations and data quality reports
- Work with sales teams on sourcing win stories from salesreps within easy to use templates
- Support in the individual identification, sourcing and publication of external customer stories
- Work with a larger GPT team to ehanced the internal GPT platforms when searching and creating custoemr reference content (work on knowledge based, ratings, criteria etc)
- Work with cross-teams to steer Content Lifecycle Management
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: IT, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration,
- Still have am minimum of 2 years of study (ideally just started Master or still in Bachelor studies) – Applications with shorter remaining study times will get automatically filtered out
- Computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Optional: Figma, Claude, Content Management Systems and Email Campaign Management
- Language skills: fluent in English and German / other languages as a plus
- Soft skills: Able to take perspective of others, proactive and open communication, Low fear to try out things without detailled instructions,
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
