What you´ll build

Reporting

In this role, you will take ownership of our data tracking and reporting activities related to customer engagements, events, and our professional network. A central part of your role will include to optimize our existing reporting setup.

  • Take ownership for qualitative relationship data.
  • Track, maintain and manage network and customer engagement data, including:
    • Network metrics (number of companies, participants, industries represented)
    • Customer engagements (company name, date, topics, etc.)
    • Contacts (name, role, company, etc.)
    • Internal contacts involved as speakers or hosts
    • Events and other formats (on-site, virtual), such as webinars, roundtables or working groups
    • Quotes and feedback (internal & external)
  • Analyse network and engagement data, including:
    • Categorisation of network members (e.g. active contributors, potential speakers, consumers, etc.)
    • Analysis of network composition by role (C-level, middle management, operational roles), industry, region, and other relevant dimensions
  • Dashboard Management and Success Reporting:
    • Build, maintain, and continuously optimise dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for the team
    • Regularly report key metrics and numbers to the team
    • Prepare success and achievements reports

Engagements

In addition, you will get the chance to be part of our customer meetings, supporting us with the following:

  • Drive customer engagements holistically - from the planning to the follow-up.
  • Coordinate webinar formats, including preparation of invitation, send-out of reminders, tracking attendees and driving the follow-up.
  • Manage operational activities and support in back-office.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Economics, business management, marketing/communications, data science, computer science, mathematics or similar.

Expectations We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data and is able to proactively think about how data structures and reporting can be optimized. The ideal candidate has experience with analytical tools and dashboard creation and is able to work independently, taking full ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Hard Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with analytical tools and building dashboards (Power BI as a strong plus)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Thinks proactively about how data structures and reporting can be improved
  • Language skills: fluent in English - fluent in German is a plus

The area of Business Transformation Management, which encompasses the lines of business Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, seeks support for the Transformation Business Network.
In today’s dynamic and rapidly changing business landscape, organizations must cultivate a transformation capability to continuously navigate their organization’s future state of readiness.
The Transformation Business Network explores how this can be achieved while facilitating mutual learning and collaboration.
By connecting companies across industries and regions, the network fosters an open exchange on transformation business challenges, innovative approaches and lessons learned. The overarching aim is to jointly build the transformation capability and accelerate transformation journeys together. To drive business transformation successfully, we focus on value approaches. Key stakeholders on the customer side include C-level executives, upper business management and selected business experts.

What we are doing:

  • Driving 1:1 Exchanges with Companies & Partners
  • Sharing of key transformation and business practices from strategy to execution.
  • Organizing Deep Dives into various transformation topics to drive the Transformation Capability (= Process, People, Applications and Data), Change Management, Governance and more.
  • Engaging in regular touchpoints with network members to check-in on updates and progress.
  • Networking via different formats, such as roundtables, masterclasses, working sessions and events.
  • Managing a Knowledge Hub as the basis for knowledge sharing
  • Identifying and generating transformation stories, content, and presentation materials
  • Identifying speakers and connecting experts through the network.
  • Benchmarking and consolidating practices.
  • Building a strong case for Business Transformation Management story by leveraging Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe.
  • Driving cross activities such as customer office, success measurement and branding:
    • Agenda-building, briefing, organizing, executing, moderating and follow-up of session.
    • Maintaining a qualitative contact management of customer & sales team data.
    • Building standardized communication assets (e.g. Survey, Newsletter).
