About SAP STAR Program

Global Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program offers university students hands-on industry experience at SAP, the world’s leading software provider. As part of a global program across 14 countries, STAR students work on real business projects and develop professional skills. Unlike most internships, this program allows students to continue their studies at university without taking a break or needing to graduate first. Upon graduation, you will have opportunities to apply for open positions within SAP and potentially become a valued member of our team.

Education and Qualifications

Open to undergraduate and graduate students who meet the following requirements and process the core competencies listed below.

• Expected to graduate in Feb. 2027, Aug. 2027, or Feb. 2028 (required)

• Demonstrated leadership in curricular and/or extra-curricular activities

• Possess strong business aptitude

• Strong interest in business processes and project management

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Fluent communication skills in English

Role Overview: Consultant

The program includes a rotation system that allows you to participate in up to three different projects or teams within the organization. Your first rotation will be in the Delivery area. As a STAR student, you'll gain hands-on experience in consulting and project management, helping to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

• Support customer engagement activities: Facilitate communication between SAP and customers by conveying customer requirements to consultants and providing SAP guidelines.

• Act as a PMO, monitoring project progress from initiation to delivery and tracking and addressing issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activities to ensure projects align with solution constraints, required prerequisites, and any changes in the delivered solution.

• Support relationship-building with strategic customers and participate in governance processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Program & Work Details

• 18-month structured program with learning, mentorship, and rotations

• Employment Type: Fixed-term Intern 18 months

• Probation Period: 3 months from the date of hire (extendable if necessary)

• The detailed working conditions will be subject to the employment agreement

• Full-time (40 hrs/week) during breaks; part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time during semesters

• Flexible hours aligned with academic schedules

• Eligible to apply for full-time roles after 9 months and graduation

• Supports university field practicum / academic credit programs (대학 현장실습 프로그램 / 학점인정 프로그램).

Hiring Process

• Offer Announcement: May to June 2026

• Official start date: July 6, 2026
