Job Overview: Provide product and business process consulting assistance to sales team members to facilitate closing sales. Identify specific areas of prospect need and demonstrate how Concur’s applications fill those needs.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by understanding their business challenges and positioning SAP Concur solutions effectively • Support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle with solution expertise, value articulation, and strategic guidance • Strategize with sales team members to define the most effective approach to successfully position solutions and win opportunities • Consistently contribute to deal strategy, including account reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities • Lead and identify solution strategies within sales campaigns, considering products, personas, and key business insights • Deliver impactful presentations, solution storytelling, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs • Deliver product demonstrations across SAP Concur applications, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strong business alignment • Prepare thoroughly for demonstrations by engaging with prospects to identify requirements, researching competitive positioning, and tailoring the solution environment (applications, configuration, and data) • Ensure demonstrations are compelling, technically sound, and maximize the perceived value of SAP Concur solutions • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, consistently delivering engaging and high-quality demos • Effectively communicate and deliver the SAP Concur platform message • Apply sales methodologies consistently, including discovery, Commercial Insights, and tailoring for resonance • Translate customer needs into solution-driven value propositions using a consultative approach • Maintain a baseline understanding of SAP Concur’s technology stack • Build and maintain deep knowledge of SAP Concur products, including functionality, updates, and upcoming innovations • Maintain strong knowledge of competitor solutions, market dynamics, and industry trends • Stay current with industry developments, customer challenges, and SAP Concur innovations • Leverage AI and Agentic AI tools to improve productivity, streamline internal processes, and enhance efficiency in daily activities • Use generative AI to create high-quality content such as presentations, videos, guided demos, and other customer-facing materials • Apply AI to accelerate preparation, personalization, and effectiveness in customer engagements • Demonstrate how AI-powered capabilities within SAP Concur solutions can transform business processes for prospects and customers • Continuously explore and adopt new AI-driven approaches to enhance presales effectiveness and innovation • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product Marketing, R&D, Services, and other internal teams • Interact effectively with sales, marketing, and external customers to drive alignment and results • Provide input to Product Marketing teams on prospect requirements, feedback, and market needs • Provide guidance and mentorship to other Solutions Advisors, including onboarding and shadowing support for new team members • Contribute to the broader team through initiatives such as white papers, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions (e.g., discovery sessions and demonstrations) in internal CRM systems • Assist in trade shows, user conferences, and other events as required • Ensure compliance with SAP corporate policies and internal procedures • Operate effectively under moderate supervision with regular review of work • Demonstrate strong contribution to revenue and overall business impact through presales activities • Drive high-quality customer engagement, influencing decisions and accelerating sales cycles
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience• Strong experience as pre-sales in vendor environment for enterprise business solutions around spend management, incl. but not limited to travel & expense management, invoice management, account payable, general ledger, budget management, etc.• Strong financial & business knowledge (SAP FI/CO).• Advantages for those with experiences in ERP or cloud applications including finance, human resources, business planning and consolidation, project systems, etc.• Broad business knowledge: ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors• Strong presentation and communication skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to pass a background check• Demonstrated ability to use AI-driven tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools) to enhance productivity, content creation, and business outcomes.• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, especially related to emerging AI technologies and their enterprise applications.• Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese Location: São Paulo
