To make this come true, the SAP portfolio need to be tailored to the industry needs, embrace and embed newest technologies and extended with solutions, content, packaged services and experience from our partners.
In your role you embrace an AI mindset and will be responsible for advocating, positioning, developing and market SAP as Digital Health Platform vendor of choice in the healthcare industry, worldwide, by combining SAP Business Suite with extensions from our partners.

Key Responsibilities


End-to-end ownership for SAP’s Digital Health Platform related strategic conversations, initiatives, or reference projects. Inclusive but not exhaustive:

  • Solution Advisory and Evangelism: Own and represent the Digital Health Platform internally and externally with customer and partners as well as on social media, events, and communities.
  • Solution Strategy, Definition, and Assets: Shape, define, describe, present and discuss the strategy, solution reference architecture, key features, and roadmap of the Digital Health Platform and make sure to address current and emerging healthcare needs as well as AI use for sustainable value creation.
  • Market Entry & Rollout: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead regional roll-in/roll-out plans, coordinate launch activities, and gather market feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partner & Business Development: Collaborate in our team to identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships within the Digital Health Platform ecosystem. Support alliances to create joint solutions and expand market reach.
  • Key Customer Engagement: Facilitate discussions with key healthcare organizations to understand requirements, design tailored solutions, and drive innovation through proof of concept (PoC) implementations leading to relevant customer references.

Expectations and Tasks

  • Run market entry and business development together with partners and SAP product management, partner management and sales teams as well as track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts.
  • Lead the strategy, definition, launch, and evolution of the SAP Digital Health Platform to create tangible business value and make sure that AI is embedded.
  • Drive platform expansion with SAP product management, supporting and leveraging co-innovation, co-development, and GTM in collaboration with partner.
  • Collaborate with internal SAP teams and external market stakeholder, customers, and partners to ensure sales successes, aligned strategies, and effective communications.
  • Own digital content and represent Digital Health Platform in internal and external conversation, social media, events, and communities.
  • Deliver successful proof of concept implementations at healthcare customer sites.
  • Provide solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product and partner portfolio, the healthcare ecosystem, and the impact on the healthcare industry business.
  • Support sales teams on pipeline development planning to meet pipeline multiplier goals, net new name goals, revenue commitments, and customer reference targets.

BRING IT


We are looking for a dynamic and advisory-minded colleague from a multi-national environment who can effectively drive standards, organizational change, innovation and embraces the AI mindset.

  • 8+ yrs. of practical experience in the healthcare or related industry in implementation, product or solution management, preferably within the healthcare IT or digital health sector with strong AI mindset
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and interoperability challenges.
  • Proven successes in market entry, roll-out, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Hands-on experience with and strong understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition
  • Able to own, coordinate and deliver programs, end-to-end, in a complex setting with external (partner) and internal (multiple SAP organizations) stakeholders with aggressive timelines.
  • Track record of business development in a technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent language skills both in English and German.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
