What you'll build

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from business understanding and data acquisition to model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design, architect, and implement machine learning and deep learning solutions for innovative products and use cases.
  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into scalable data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data for modeling.
  • Develop and apply statistical models, data mining techniques, and advanced analytics.
  • Evaluate model performance, ensure robustness, and continuously improve outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Deploy models into production environments and effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders.
  • Manage data pipelines and data lakes, ensuring data availability, integrity, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive project success.

What you bring

  • Strong expertise in AI and data science, with focus on natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming and analytics tools such as Python, SQL, R, Hadoop, and Databricks.
  • Solid understanding of databases such as SAP HANA, SQL Server, or Oracle.
  • Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining algorithms.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
