What you’ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXP Intern - Strategic Alliances Support Specialist
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Expected start date to end date: September, 2026-2028
- Alignment with global (GSSP), Regional (RSP), Hyperscaler, and T2&T3 service partners, following MU Brazil's goals with partners.
- Alignment with the various business areas of MU Brazil (Industries, LoBs, Support, Customer Office, Customer Engagement, etc.).
- Build easy and effective relationships with the various partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across partner engagement and customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of the Partner Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance across all partner interactions.
- Drive data quality and input via SAP for Me and HPI, extending and accelerating partner competencies.
- Ensure partner capabilities meet customer needs and confirm planned projects against partners' capacity and capabilities.
- Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies, navigating partners through SAP's landscape and relevant services to resolve issues.

Must-have:
- Candidates must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program (International Relations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar), with expected graduation date of 2028 or later
- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize knowledge on new subject matter from a range of sources.
- Strong communication skills — clear and confident in English, both written and spoken, including active participation in conversations and high-impact presentations.
- Ability to deliver finished work in a self-standing manner under tight timelines, with tolerance for ambiguity and a highly dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of current major strategic themes and market environment.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive partner and business information.
Preferred:
- Basic familiarity with technology concepts (cloud, AI, ERP, data infrastructure) — foundational training will be provided. Proficiency in Excel is a benefit.
- Spanish language skills — occasionally useful, not required.
- Good sense of humor and a collaborative, grounded approach to work.

The Global Strategic Alliances team at SAP Brazil manages the company's relationships with the world's leading professional services and technology partners. The team sits at the intersection of SAP's partner ecosystem, sales organization, and service delivery, ensuring that global partners are equipped, aligned, and positioned to drive customer success across Brazil and Latin America. The intern will work directly with the Global Alliances Manager, reporting into the Head of Alliances for Brazil, with visibility across a regional structure that spans Mexico, multi-country, and Southern Latin America. The team is closely integrated with the Channel Sales organization, reflecting SAP Brazil's strategy of bringing partner and commercial motions together.
