You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

As an iXp Intern for SAP‑managed Integration Services, you will help our engineering organization improve how we plan, build, ship, and learn by supporting Agile/Scrum practices, implementing lightweight performance/operating cadences, and creating data-driven visibility into team health and delivery.

    • Draft or refine SOPs/playbooks for core ceremonies, release steps, branching strategy, code review, and incident response.
  • Developer productivity and metrics
    • Build and maintain dashboards for delivery and quality (e.g., DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR; sprint metrics: velocity, carryover).

  • Enablement and documentation
    • Create onboarding guides and “how we work” pages (Confluence/Notion) for new hires and interns.
    • Organize short training sessions or quick tips on using Jira/boards, writing better tickets, or running effective retros.
