Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Content Design & Product Storytelling for Next Gen Commerce Cloud
Location: Hybrid - Bellevue
Expected start date to end date: April 2026 - April 2027
Working hours: Part time - Full time 20 - 40 hrs./week
As an iXp Intern (m/f/d) – Creative Content & Product Storytelling, you will help shape how SAP Commerce Cloud is communicated, experienced, and understood. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative mindset who enjoys transforming ideas into high quality, executive-ready presentations, engaging content, and visual narratives that support product strategy and launches. This role combines creative execution with hands‑on exposure to product management and program activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both storytelling and structured product work.
You will work closely with product managers, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to bring product vision and innovation to life.
This role will be part of the SAP Commerce Cloud organization, reporting into the Head of Product-Led Growth. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business and customer requirements
Support launch and go-to-market initiatives with high-quality, executive ready presentations, visuals, and supporting content
Design and produce short videos, demos, and visual explainers to showcase product value and innovations
Help craft consistent product narratives across presentations, videos, and internal communications
Collaborate with your product management colleagues, product marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment and storytelling consistency
Maintain and evolve presentation templates and visual standards to raise the quality bar across the organization
Experiment with new creative formats and approaches to make product content more engaging and impactful
Ensure high-quality reporting of roadmap innovations and other product achievements to senior management
Collaborate with product managers to help document product initiatives, launch plans, and program updates in a clear and structured way
Assist with cross‑functional coordination across product, marketing, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., communications, design, marketing, business, media, or similar)
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
A creative mindset with a strong interest in storytelling, visuals, and content creation
Proven ability to create high-quality presentations
Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment alongside creative work
Interest in or hands-on experience with video creation, editing, or visual storytelling ‑on experience with video creation, editing, or visual storytelling
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable working with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar
Ability to turn abstract ideas into structured, clear, and compelling narratives
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to create presentations and other assets
Initial experience supporting product, program, or cross‑functional initiatives (e.g. coursework, internships, student projects, or team collaborations)
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross functional, international teams‑functional, international teams
Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous roles or projects

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
