Introduction Summary
Join SAP’s global Data and AI organization as a SAP Data+AI Global Services Sales Solution Advisor. In this senior, high‑impact role, you will shape and accelerate the adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Business AI through scaling services sales globally. You’ll partner closely with license sales, regional SPOCs, and executive stakeholders to drive services growth and position SAP as the trusted advisor for AI‑first data transformation.
What You Bring
• Deep knowledge of Data and AI services and how organizations adopt them to generate measurable business value• Skilled in business development, consultative selling, and shaping complex service‑led opportunities
• Strong understanding of SAP’s services portfolio, enterprise IT landscape, partner ecosystems, and competitive environment
• Ability to influence senior executives, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and lead without direct authority
• Confidence managing complex, long‑cycle engagements and building healthy, sustainable pipelines
• Strength in developing strategic, market‑aligned sales motions that resonate with customer priorities
• Clear, concise communication skills in business English, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194100-411600USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
