Then the Rotation Program (STAR) is for you!

Recognized as one of the top internship programs in Brazil by FirstJob , the Rotation Program offers a unique two-year journey where you will rotate through three different areas of the company, working on impactful projects in a hybrid model.

You will also become part of SAP Next Gen, a global organization dedicated to developing early talents, joining a worldwide community of more than 1,300 STAR interns across 19 countries.

We are looking for #56 curious and ambitious students ready to explore areas such as Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Technical Support, Business Operations, and Consulting.

Throughout your rotations, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects, gaining real-world experience in one of the most transformative technologies shaping the future of business and society.

Who can apply?

If you are an undergraduate student:

• Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in IT or business-related fields;

• Have advanced English skills;

• Expected graduation in April 2029 or later.

Selection Process (Please, send your resume in English!)

The selection process will consist of four main stages:

1. Online Assessments
   Assessment 1: mandatory for all candidates and sent by email immediately after application.
   Assessment 2: required for candidates applying for technical positions who are pre-selected to move forward in the process.
2. HR / Talent Discovery Interview
   A conversation with the recruiter to assess the candidate’s motivation, IA adoption mindset, effective communication skills, interest in the opportunity, overall profile, and alignment with SAP.
3. Onsite Assessment
   Candidates selected after the HR interview will participate in an onsite assessment designed to evaluate key competencies such as collaboration, communication, learning agility, teamwork, and problem-solving.
4. Hiring Manager Interview
   In the final stage, selected candidates will have an interview with the Hiring Manager, who will assess their fit for the position and the team.
