What You'll Bring

You bring seven to ten years leading large, complex programmes across fixed-price and time-and-material engagements at scale. You have deep expertise in Programme / Project Management within a Client Facing environment, (this position is within the SAP Delivery organisation), programme governance, benefits realisation, risk, and change management. Expert knowledge of methodologies such as SAP Activate, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, and SAFe is essential. A degree in business, engineering, or IT is required. SC clearance is mandatory. You influence confidently at board and C-suite level. You communicate clearly with delivery teams and executive stakeholders alike. You use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work from planning and risk identification to stakeholder reporting. You understand what AI can and can't do, and you engage credibly with clients on the topic.

What You'll Build

You'll own end-to-end delivery of high-value, multi-workstream programmes. You'll translate client goals into delivery strategies with clear KPIs and benefits plans. You'll lead programme governance and manage risk, contracts, and scope change with commercial discipline. Stakeholder / client satisfaction is yours to protect from project teams to the C-suite. You'll embed adoption planning from day one and monitor consumption throughout. Where adoption is at risk, you'll intervene early. You'll contribute to bids, proposals, and deal shaping for strategic opportunities. You'll mentor project managers and help grow the wider PM community.

Where You Belong

You'll join a senior delivery team working across national boundaries, multiple business units, and mixed delivery models. Engagements span complex transformation programmes, portfolio work, and recovery of at-risk accounts. You'll collaborate with account management, sales, and customer success colleagues. Travel is a regular part of the role and may include international assignments.
