As a Managing Partner (MP), you will act as the primary leader responsible for building deep, value-driven strategic relationships with one of SAP’s most important customers in the Energy and Natural Resources industry.
Based in Qatar, you will develop an in-depth understanding of customer business needs and leverage a strong network within the SAP and partner ecosystem. By executing the Strategic Customer Program (SCP) Methodology, you will deliver unique value and a differentiated experience to drive customer success and long-term business transformation.

You will:

  • Drive deep, trusted relationships with customers’ C-level executives and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between their business priorities and SAP’s solutions within the Energy and Natural Resources domain.
  • Define and co-create a strategic roadmap with the customer, focusing on achieving sustainable business outcomes, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the execution of the SAP Strategic Customer Program (SCP) by orchestrating a cross-functional Extended Account Team, ensuring a unified, one-team approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture based on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, identifying new opportunities to create value and drive growth within complex customer environments.
  • Establish and facilitate multi-level governance frameworks that ensure alignment between SAP, SAP Ecosystem, Technology Partners, and customer leadership to deliver measurable business impact and value outcomes.
  • Support the expansion of SAP’s footprint by leveraging the full SAP solution portfolio and services, in close collaboration with system integrators, hyperscalers, technology partners, and strategy consulting firms supporting Energy and Natural Resources customers.
  • Collaborate with your Account Executive and extended VAT team to drive sales execution with a strong focus on net bookings and cloud revenue growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded through strategic account planning, business development, effective account management, and strong adoption and consumption outcomes.
  • Manage and increase Adoption and Consumption of our Cloud Services at your customer, while protecting our overall Cloud Revenues
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior executives to review KPIs, value realization, mutual expectations, and future growth opportunities.
  • Proactively track and anticipate M&A activity within customer landscapes to position SAP early, maximize commercial impact, and secure long-term strategic wins while driving internal alignment and accountability.

What you bring:

  • Strong background in strategic account leadership, industry knowledge, and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex Energy and Natural Resources challenges into actionable, value-driven roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted executive-level relationships and implement effective governance models.
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling and strategic decision-making in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of SAP solutions and their application within Energy and Natural Resources, along with excellent communication and executive presentation skills, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results and consistently exceeding net booking and cloud revenue targets through disciplined execution and relationship management.
  • Experience working across complex, multinational organizations, delivering industry insights and best practices to support innovation, operational efficiency, sustainability, and long-term growth.

Languages: Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
