Position title: Deal Incubation Team – SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Duration: 6 months up to 2 years

Target Start Date: August/September 2026

As part of the Deal Incubation Team, you will support the execution and governance of cloud deals, ensuring compliance with global finance and commercial policies.

• Review and support approval of quotes for SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., Cloud ERP, Business Data Cloud, AI offerings)
• Assist sales teams and commercial stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
• Provide guidance on quote configuration, policies, and regional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Pricing, Cloud Architects, Contracting) to ensure accurate deal setup
• Help identify and resolve issues in the deal and quoting process
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Monitor deal pipeline and assist during peak periods (e.g., quarter-end close)

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, sales operations, commercial, or similar areas

Requirements and Competencies:

• Strong interest in business processes, deal structuring, and cloud solutions
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in international and virtual teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
