What you'll do

As a member of the Remote Service Delivery Team, you will provide technical and application-related services to SAP customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Analysis & Problem Solving: Investigate and analyze complex customer issues across their business processes and system landscapes. Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of the problem.

- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and propose effective solutions based on your analysis. Work to optimize system performance and stability in heterogeneous environments.

- Service Delivery: Deliver expert services both remotely and, when required, on-site as part of a project team. Knowledge transfer to the customer will also be one of your tasks.

- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with a network of highly specialized professionals to solve demanding customer requirements. Clearly communicate findings, progress, and results to both customers and internal colleagues.

What you bring

Core Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.

- First professional experience. Technical Skills: - Solid programming skills.

- Knowledge of databases. - Understanding of cloud-native architecture.

- Experience with one or more SAP cloud solutions would be a big plus.
