An Account Officer works with the Account Manager and they are accountable for the customer experience over the product & service lifecycle. The Account Officer integrates all aspects of the customer experience and directs the organisation to ensure that customer expectations are set, met or exceeded.
Key accountabilities
- Delivering customer account revenue, cash and debt targets.
- Defining and implementing customer account strategies using account management processes.
- Building customer relationships and acting as a primary interface with RollsRoyce.
- Management of Customer Satisfaction
- Support the forecasting inputs taking into account customer intelligence
- Supporting service delivery and customer adherence to line of balance
- Coordinate and drive profit improvement from existing packs
Qualifications
- Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience.
- A good understanding of Rolls-Royce products and services.
- Extensive experience of working directly with customers and delivering to their expectations.
- Experience of operating in a complex global environment and managing multi-national teams.
- Understanding of the aviation industry is preferable.

- Ability to speak Mandarin and English is essential.
