Flexible working at Signify Technology

We offer flexible working designed to support how you work best. This includes flexitime, with up to an hour of flexibility around your start and lunch times - whether that’s for the school run, a gym session, or simply structuring your day in a way that suits you.

You’ll also have the option of part-time or compressed hours, making flexibility accessible for different lifestyles, including our working parents. Our hybrid model includes two days working from home each week, alongside dog-friendly offices for when you’re in.

We know our people are our greatest asset, so we focus on flexibility that reflects real, everyday needs. After five years, you’ll also have access to our career break policy, including a fully paid two-month sabbatical.

We reward both individual performance and team success, with competitive salaries that are regularly reviewed, an uncapped commission structure for our Sales team, team performance bonuses for our managers, and a 10% personal performance bonus for our Business Support team.

Recognition is central to how we work. From weekly rewards to company-wide end-of-month awards, we celebrate standout contributions across all teams and offices. Rewards range from extra annual leave and restaurant vouchers to larger tailored incentives such as spa trips, F1 experiences, and Airbnb vouchers.
