At Impression, we know how important it is to be a flexible employer.
Our hybrid-working approach aims to empower our people to work from the environment that best suits them. We strongly encourage a healthy work-life balance, and that's why you can choose whether you work from home or from our dog friendly offices in Nottingham, Manchester or London. We're also flexible on working hours too, so you can start a bit later or finish a bit earlier.

Working Environment
Impression's policies on flexible working is amazing. It makes life so much less stressful, especially with their remote working policies. If something comes up in my life that I can't avoid I don't have to add work stress on top of that. I can just explain my situation and work around it.
Culture
I love the companies flexibility and support around this! They are super supportive and have a person centric approach. I love the culture and how this engages different types of personalities. There really is something for everyone to engage in.
