We want to work in a way that's best for you - and our customers. That's why we’re really proud to have made a long-term commitment to a ‘FlexFirst’ way of working.
This means we don’t ask our colleagues to work a fixed number of days in the office. We simply ask that you work with your manager and team to find the right balance to deliver for our customers, stay connected to the business and look after your wellbeing.
