This is an excellent opportunity to become the latest member of our exciting Strategic Partnerships team to maximise the value from our strategic partnerships through the development and delivery of a joint strategy and business plan.

If you are a motivated Strategic Partner manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for championing and expanding our strategic partnership with major technology providers such as Apple, Samsung, Cisco and Microsoft to drive growth, collaboration, and mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B technology services, strong commercial foresight, and a proven record of handling strategic alliances.

The must haves

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills including communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Lead and deepen relationships with our Strategic Partners and collaborate to meet the objectives of our business strategy
  • Build and agree joint business plans across VMO2 and partner organisations, and ensure it is delivered by collaborating with various internal and external teams including commercial, marketing, product and channel sales
  • Set clear annual and quarterly objectives and supervise the health check of the relationship through reporting and account plan management.
  • Accurately forecast partner influenced revenue and establish regular reviews to understand and drive performance

  • Blend business and commercial expertise to efficiently drive a joint business plan across internal/external customers.
  • Handle all relevant business relationships across vendor and internal customers to ensure alignment with strategy and growth objectives
  • Exhibit an ability learn quickly, an inherent curiosity, and an ability to think both critically and creatively in order to develop and deliver commercially successful product offerings.
  • Support the partnerships team on central initiatives and where required extend support across other partners, subject to business demands and priorities
  • Highly motivated with pace, energy and strong personal impact
