As a key member, you'll be entrusted with translating strategic and commercial questions into actionable modelled data solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of mobile network modelling and forecasting tools, while effectively communicating technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
With your adeptness in various network planning scenarios, you'll ensure the accuracy of modelled data inputs, adjusting parameters to meet internal stakeholder requirements. Your analytical prowess will shine as you forecast future KPIs and revenue, proposing delivery plans to optimize ROI. Dive deep into detailed site analysis, offering recommendations that directly influence over £200 million per annum in network investments. The must haves
- Track record in modelling and delivering scenario-based analyses.
- Technical knowledge of the radio access network and key performance metric as well as an understanding into telecoms business/commercial concepts e.g., Churn, MBoU, ARPU, ROI
- Ability to translate strategy & commercial exam style questions into modelled data solution and communicating the technical outcomes back to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Experience working with stakeholders and senior leaders, able to build strong working relationships, understand others’ issues and influence without direct authority.
- Ability and willingness to learn, test and use various software or analytical tools to break down, analyse, join and automate data processing
- Analytical and critical thinker with a desire to solve problems and deliver
