Job Description

** This role can be based in any of our European Head Offices, preferably Hannover, Stockholm or London, and offers hybrid working models
** Fluent in English, German and/or further languages are a plus

As Manager Employee Experience & Listening you support TUI Group’s global strategies about Employee Experience (EX) and Employee Listening, by engaging in and leading various projects and activities. This includes the management and education of stakeholders, the communication concepts and activities, the design and setup of listening formats as well as research for strategy design. The responsibilities can vary between administrational tasks up to full ownership and accountability with independent decision making.
The role’s purpose is to contribute to an enhanced understanding of the Employee Experience at TUI, as well as the needs and improvement areas identified through different listening formats.

ABOUT YOU

  • Contribution towards the design of the Employee Experience strategy, e.g., by providing research about external best practices or organising stakeholder exchanges
  • Supporting the Global Manager of Employee Experience with regards to stakeholder management of the key stakeholder groups (Co-determination bodies, Leadership Teams, Group Executive Committee, Supervisory Board) as well as self-driven management of the HR coordinator group
  • Governance of TUI’s global EX survey principles, to ensure alignment of local activities with the overall strategy and to reach consistent internal quality standards
  • Leading the development and implementation of global communication campaigns for the listening formats
  • Programming different survey programs, providing frequent response rate updates to stakeholders during the survey and proactively improving the user experience of the survey platform
  • Organising the design and rollout of different learning formats for all stakeholders, both for the usage of the survey platform and using other listening formats.
  • Support the definition of Employee Experience and its touchpoints at TUI while establishing a stakeholder network alongside these touchpoints, to ensure that the products and activities from the strategy are aligned with the internal needs
  • Support of projects which aim to align and combine other HR data with listening insights

ABOUT YOU

  • Fluent in English, German and/or further languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of using MS Office 365 Products
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work at different levels of the organisation, including ability to understand and navigate the political landscape in a global environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills as well as self-motivation
  • Creative mindset, lateral thinker with good communication and presentation skills
  • Good attention to detail without becoming data blind – you must be able to see the bigger picture and the importance of delivery as agreed
  • Experience in working in a hybrid work environment and with a virtual international team (no must)
