Content Executive

Employment type:  Full time

Remote-first

A little flex time

Job Description

TUI Group is the world’s number one integrated tourism business. We’re focusing on creating the moments that make life richer for our customers and we’re pleased to be recruiting a Content Executive to help us deliver accurate and engaging communications for our customers.

Working within the TUI Airline Customer Experience team and reporting to the Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll be part of a focused, driven, and ambitious team working to improve our customer experience and Inflight Retail (IFR) performance through delivering effective, consistent, and on-brand communications that engage and drive behaviour across the customer journey.

You’ll manage the day-to-day production and delivery of IFR marketing assets and campaigns across five European markets. This will involve working with internal teams and external partners to co-ordinate and deliver print / digital assets in various languages against an annual marketing plan. You’ll contribute to the development of the IFR marketing strategy and work to continually improve our processes to become more efficient.

Alongside IFR marketing, you’ll be responsible for the on-time and budget delivery of print and design projects whilst supporting various content improvement / maintenance initiatives across the airline. You’ll also manage and co-ordinate TUI’s Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content, including selecting appropriate Hollywood Movies and TV for our customers, co-ordinating advertising assets and managing our IFE microsites.

This is a busy and varied role where you’ll work with partners across branding, design, photography, print, advertising, CRM, social media, web, and inflight entertainment / content teams to deliver our plans in a uniquely TUI way. You’ll be the go-to person to make things happen and will be relied upon by many team members for your attention to detail and consistent on-time delivery. This role requires management and control of various budgets and use of systems and data for decision making and reporting.

At TUI, we believe work is something we do, not somewhere we go. Working as part of an international team, this role can be based in any of our head-office locations across Europe and we support remote working.

**This role can be based in Luton, Hanover, Stockholm, Rijswijk or Brussels on a hybrid working model**

**Applications close on 24th May 2024**
