What you’ll be doing

As Head of Technology Operations, you’ll be ensuring the effective support, maintenance and enhancement of the Brit Insurance Technology Applications, Infrastructure and Services in line with the organisation’s business requirements.

You’ll be responsible for vendor management and proactively managing relationships with third parties who provide our key infrastructure services. Working closely with all our customers, you’ll ensure that the Service Desk and End User Supports teams are providing high-quality customer service. Working with Senior Business Stakeholders, Project Delivery, Security, and Application Architecture you’ll maintain Brit’s Cloud Infrastructure (VMs, Databases, Networks, Firewalls, Disaster Recovery (DR), Security and Storage). On top of these responsibilities, you’ll also play a key part in application support, building, maintaining, and managing the team in order to support all relevant applications.
