Fully flexible hours

Word Monster’s vision is to become the go-to medical writing agency for all healthcare communications agencies and writers alike. We’re an enormous fan of freedom in the workplace, so there are only three things to remember:

  • Write With Bite (so we do great work and continue to build our reputation)
  • Work for 7.5 hours every day [being as billable as your role allows] (so we get paid)
  • Keep our clients happy (so we continue to get paid)

Write With Bite means to make our words simple, interesting, unexpected, concrete, credible, emotional and to tell a story – so that our words resonate and stick in the mind. Write With Bite is what’s known as our Commander’s Intent. It is the core of every order. It specifies both the plan and the desired end-state of any and all projects.

The benefits of working for a successful start-up are vast. Sharpen business skills. Work your own hours – if you need to take 2 hours at lunch for a walk around the park then you’re free to, so long as the above three criteria are met.
