About you

• Experience leading and building high performing, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

• Strong understanding of data architecture

• Comfortable being hands on and strategic at the same time

• Commercial experience working in a Data Science or Machine Learning role

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Able to clearly articulate and communicate with non-technical team members

• Able to inspire, engage and influence both internally and externally

• Lead data strategy, in line with company and product strategy

• Highly motivated and resourceful, with a track record in driving change at pace
