Your day to Day

You will plan and manage the VF Group NSE/CCE International Network Capex DB Budgets, Spend Plans and Business Case forecasts. Interfacing into the NSE Finance, NSE Central Governance and CCE Delivery teams.

You will ensure the VF Group NSE CCE International Network Capex Spend is Tracked and Delivered to Forecast, with any risks or short-falls flagged early enough to implement mitigations to keep the overall spend across CCE in line with forecast

You will ensure there is full alignment across CCE for Spend plans, Business cases, Demand growth forecasts, Customer pipeline, and Capex investment build plans across all the Vodafone Group International Fixed Network platforms.

You will Coordinate the International Network 9+15 Forecast Planning Cycle, gathering the inputs from across CCE and deliver the consolidated 9+15 DB Capex Plan into NSE Central Governance and NSE Finance

You will Coordinate the International Network NEP (Network Evolution Plan) Planning Cycle, gathering the inputs from across CCE and deliver the consolidated NEP into NSE Central Governance and NSE Finance

You will own and maintain the In-Year Capex Spend Plan and Business Case Calendar across CCE, tracking the submission and approval of business cases and planning / prioritising future investments and business case plans.

You will Coordinate the 0+12, Q2RF, Q3RF Forecast updates, gathering the inputs from across CCE and deliver the consolidated Plan into NSE Central Governance

You will own & facilitate the Regular Weekly Capex delivery Update Meetings reporting capex spend progress against the DB Plan

Own & facilitate the Regular Monthly International Network Finance Governanace Meeting reporting capex & opex spend progress against Plan

You will ensure that CCE deliver the Monthly Spend Plan targets (9+15, 0+12, Q2RF, Q3RF, etc) with alignment between all the CCE teams to ensure the overall spend target for CCE is delivered each month

You will own the Business Case calendar aligned to the DB Plan for Capability and Capacity. Working with the delivery teams to ensure business cases are submitted to SAB reviews in line with the overall plan and calendar.

  • Knowledge and & experience of Financial Planning & Financial Governance
  • Knowledge & experience in using SAP / EVO systems
  • High-level knowledge of Fixed Service Provider Networks,
  • MPLS Networking Technologies
  • Optical & DWDM Transmission Networking Technologies
  • Internet / IP Transit & Peering Networking Technologies
  • Submarine Networking Technolgies
  • Demonstrable success in a similar role.
  • Analytical & financial skills and ability to identify and analyse potential problems and risks
  • Good written and verbal technical communication skills.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships both internal teams and external partners.
