About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Senior Consultant to join our EVO Functional Operations team within the TSSC/IT business unit. This permanent role is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and involves working on SAP S4 Hana and SAP RISE modules, with a focus on P2P, Inventory Management, and Purchasing Master Data. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead solution design and implementation across international and domestic SAP environments.

What you’ll do

  • Architect and implement end-to-end SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and design scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify processes and resolve data issues.
  • Provide guidance on technical feasibility and alternative solutions.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to training materials for EWM processes.
  • Manage integration issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape.
  • Operate within fixed-price delivery models and manage sub-plans to meet project milestones.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately within the project structure.

Who you are

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP EWM consulting and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, SAP RISE, and core SCM modules.
  • Experience with international/domestic SAP implementations.
  • Proficient in inbound/outbound delivery, master data (CIFIng), warehouse movements, batch/serial management, label printing, and inventory adjustments.
  • Familiarity with ABAP, Smart Forms, and basic workflow understanding.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in shift mode and shadowing international teams.
  • ITIL V3 knowledge preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
