What you’ll do
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Monitoring & Control Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving potential issues related to the correct implementation of procedures in Retail. They will verify and monitor the quality of activations in Retail and the discounts granted in accordance with current promotions. Additionally, they will periodically reconcile the stock of terminals in the Retail network and prepare impact analyses regarding stock situations.
Who you are
- Ensure the correct implementation of procedures for the Retail sales force.
- Create, test, and implement dashboards to prevent fraudulent use of applications.
- Identify issues and anomalies regarding compliance with work procedures and report any violations.
- Evaluate risks and test data processing systems.
- Recommend security improvements and updates to applications used by retail agents.
- Inform stakeholders by preparing performance reports.
- Train and/or inform Retail agents about security procedures.
- Reconcile requests from allocated sales channels regarding the terminal inventory process within agreed deadlines.
- Verify eligibility and compliance with the sales process based on internal Vodafone procedures.
- Actively participate in projects that have a potential impact on the inventory system in retail stores.
- Send reconciliation files to partners within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure that reconciliations are carried out according to business requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Adhere to internal regulations, policies, and procedures, including the Vodafone Group Code of Conduct and the "Policy Compliance in Vodafone."
- Perform other tasks related to the main responsibilities as requested by the direct superior.
- Participate in all mandatory internal courses and professional training programs communicated by the Employer.
- Set individual and/or group objectives with the direct manager, both professional and personal development, and insert them into the Employer's specific online system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Planning and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with departments involved in the inventory process.
- Experience in sales environments.
- Project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive spirit.
Technical/Professional Certifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
