Resourcing Specialist with German

Your day to day:

As a recruitment specialist, you will be supporting and ensuring a smooth and high-quality recruitment process for all assigned vacancies. You carry out regular reporting of recruiting-relevant key figures and monitor your own key performance indicators as well as the key figures of the assigned business areas.

You support the optimal filling of open positions with internal or external candidates. You support the implementation of new tools by contributing your perspective as part of the recruiting team.

This role is for the Germany market, hence having good German language skills is essential.

  • Ensure that the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the business objectives and Vodafone talent agenda.
  • Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers while aligning with organizational policies and market benchmarks.
  • Gain a sound understanding of business area and develop strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers.
  • Advising business areas/ Hiring Manager on internal and, if necessary, external sourcing channels in alignment with local employer brand Team.
  • Responsible for effectively managing and resolving hiring manager and candidate escalations, with a focus on delivering a positive NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating that reflects high candidate satisfaction

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient in German language (C1 preferred) but also in English
  • Consulting ability and time-management
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional work.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
