About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Report Developer to join our dynamic team at VOIS. This role is ideal for individuals with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development, strong command over M Query and DAX, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. The position is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and involves moderate travel. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
  • Use M Query and DAX to perform complex data transformations and calculations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimise data models for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Who you are

  • Proficient in M Query and DAX.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and relational databases (SQL).
  • Experienced with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Desired: Experience with Tableau/QlikView, Azure Data Services, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Fluent in English with international exposure and adaptability to matrix organisations.
