About this Role

We are seeking a certified Senior System Architect with deep expertise in Pega PRPC technology to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have successfully implemented Pega applications across multiple projects and are passionate about mentoring others and driving technical excellence. The individual will work closely with Lead System Architects and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and development guardrails.

What you’ll do

  • Implement technical designs created by Lead System Architects using Pega best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega development guardrails and standards.
  • Translate complex technical designs into scalable and maintainable implementations.
  • Engage in performance tuning and optimisation of Pega applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust multi-process applications.
  • Contribute to projects from inception to production go-live, including greenfield implementations.
  • Support integration efforts including PegaCall and CTI (Genesys).
  • Apply general IT skills including Java, Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and WebLogic.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and design.
  • Proven track record of successful Pega implementations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in performance tuning and greenfield project delivery.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications domain is advantageous.
  • Exposure to CTI integrations and general IT infrastructure is preferred.
