Job Description

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 5–8 direct reports and up to 25 dotted-line reports
  • Deliver consistent pricing services across functions and drive resource optimisation
  • Act as the first escalation point for both business and team
  • Standardise global processes and ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g. WorldCCM, Prince2, PMP)
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across regions and functions
  • Implement governance for proactive performance management and risk mitigation
  • Contribute to strategy development and execution, including cost reduction initiatives
  • Provide business vision, define roles and responsibilities, and set KPIs
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing team culture

Who you are

  • A seasoned professional with 5+ years in commercial and pricing management within multinational environments
  • Experienced in leading teams in shared service organisations
  • Skilled in project management and strategic thinking
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Holds a graduate degree and understands commercial management best practices
