Job Description
What you will do
- Lead a team of 5–8 direct reports and up to 25 dotted-line reports
- Deliver consistent pricing services across functions and drive resource optimisation
- Act as the first escalation point for both business and team
- Standardise global processes and ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g. WorldCCM, Prince2, PMP)
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships across regions and functions
- Implement governance for proactive performance management and risk mitigation
- Contribute to strategy development and execution, including cost reduction initiatives
- Provide business vision, define roles and responsibilities, and set KPIs
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing team culture
Who you are
- A seasoned professional with 5+ years in commercial and pricing management within multinational environments
- Experienced in leading teams in shared service organisations
- Skilled in project management and strategic thinking
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to work
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Holds a graduate degree and understands commercial management best practices
