We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Enterprise products. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with customer expectations and business needs. The individual will work across cross-functional teams, applying Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes.

What you will do

  • Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance customer experience in product design.
  • Analyse delivery areas, map stakeholders, and define user journeys with clear problem statements and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into tangible business outcomes and requirements.
  • Ensure clarity and prioritisation of business requirements using SAFe methodology and prioritisation techniques such as MoSCoW and WSJF.
  • Maintain traceability throughout project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving business analysis processes and tools.
  • Support service transformation and commercialisation initiatives.
  • Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements with a focus on continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD).
  • Familiarity with IT methodologies or process models such as ITIL (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of Process Mapping, Product Lifecycle, Agile and SAFe frameworks.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
