HR Advisor - Greek speaking

(fixed term contract, 6 months)

About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our HR Shared Services team in Budapest. This role provides remote advisory support via telephone and email to employees and managers, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. The individual will manage day-to-day HR administration tasks, interface with Centres of Expertise, Business Partners, and third-party providers, and ensure consistent and timely resolution of queries using HR systems and processes.

What you will do

  • Deliver HR advisory and transactional services through phone and email, based on established HR policies and procedures.
  • Register and manage queries using case management tools, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide consistent and accurate information, ensuring resolution within defined service levels.
  • Administer end-to-end HR processes such as payroll, maternity, relocation, leaver procedures, timesheet collection, and occupational health screenings.
  • Collaborate with internal systems including SAP, myHR portal, and external payroll provider platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely documentation in line with service level agreements.

Who you are

  • Possess basic knowledge of HR systems and processes across resourcing, reward, learning, and development.
  • Demonstrate strong business awareness and computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Communicate effectively in English (intermediate level) as well as Greek language on a fluent level.
  • Show attention to detail and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Have 0–2 years of relevant experience; no managerial experience required.
