Job Description

Role purpose:

Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Ensemble Billing Product, Amdocs RLC (Rating Logic Configurator)

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Turbo Charging (TC), Amdocs RLC (Rating Logic Configurator)
•5-8 Years Experience
•Know how customer life cycle, Contracts, Maintenance of master data
•Ideally deals with Rating of CDR usage, and similar applications, L2 support

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
•Profound knowledge of UNIX, Shell-Scripting and at least one scripting-language (e.g. Perl)
•Write PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and other departments
•Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds
•Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
•Should also accomplish on call support for system during non-business hours
•Should be able to handle job failures and provide quick workarounds
•Analyze the release enhancement, identify gaps, and collaborate with development and testing team to get them fixed.
