What you’ll do


Working within the Vodafone Business Security Enhanced Commercial team, this exciting Commercial Support Specialist role provides an excellent opportunity for the right quality candidate to grow and quickly develop key Commercial skills, experience, and knowledge related to the delivery of managed services to critical government clients . Working alongside experienced Commercial Managers you will obtain first-hand experience of in-life contract management, both supplier or customer focused, this is a great opportunity to develop into a commercial & contract management career. Key accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the Commercial Managers with administrative duties related to In-life commercial management and contractual obligations.
  • Drafting of schedules contained in contracts and variations, in collaboration with commercial managers, legal and account team.
  • Preparation and provision of regular customer facing reports.
  • Assistance with total project forecasting in collaboration with programme and finance colleagues, to ensure project cost control vs business case expectations.

Who you are

  • Likely to have 1-2 years of experience in a Commercial Support type role, or a recent graduate in a Commercial related qualification
  • Commercial acumen, with an interest growing a career in this space
  • Good communication skills; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain Customer Confidentiality
  • Eligible for Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Please note you don’t have to currently hold DV clearance, but you must be eligible for it.
