  • Develop, test, deploy, and support Revenue Assurance use cases across the application lifecycle.
  • Provide operational support, including monitoring, incident resolution, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance production scripts and automation utilities in UNIX/Linux environments.

  • Support data ingestion and processing using multiple file formats including ASN, Binary, ASCII, and XML.
  • Validate usage controls and platform integrity, adapting controls to evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams supporting telecom BSS systems such as switches, mediation, billing, IN, CRM, and HLR.
  • Follow ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Contribute to SDLC and STLC activities, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

Who you are

  • You bring 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Assurance application support, development, or operations.
  • You have strong hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux shell scripting and working knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL.
  • You understand telecom domain fundamentals, including call flows and BSS integrations.
  • You have experience working with RAID tools such as WEDO RAID, with exposure to Mobileum, Subex, or Cartesian considered an advantage.
  • You are comfortable working in cloud and on‑premise environments and resolving production issues effectively.
  • You communicate clearly, manage multiple stakeholders with confidence, and approach problems with a solution-focused mindset.
