Job Description
We are recruiting for multiple Platform Tech Leads as we embark on an exciting transformation in changing the way we work to accelerate software delivery speed, improve quality and reducing cost using both agile software delivery and platform engineering best practice. The Technical Leads will work in close collaboration with our Digital Network Products team delivering open and intuitive platforms to optimise developer experience enabling high value products.
We are looking for Technical Leads with experience working in an OSS Telco environment coupled with experiences across CI/CD, Automation, Devops, Public Cloud, Solutions Design and Agile Software Development.

The must haves
- Experienced in Platform Engineering and its applicability to OSS
- Strong background in DevOps practices
- Proven experience in Agile software development and system architecture in the Telco OSS domain
- Experience and knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud providers, technologies and services
- Strategic Thinking

- OSS Architecture
- Knowledge of product journey management and its alignment to platform development and design.
