What you’ll be doing...

Your mission will be to help us quantify competitive business segments, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies. Working across the company, you’ll use your analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of improving the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better.

  • Performing statistical, data mining, and audit analysis on complex business problems around Commission Data.

  • Building compensation reporting capabilities for detailed analysis.

  • Identifying areas for improvement by using digital tools (SQL, KNIME, Talend, UI Path, etc).

  • Crafting results for senior management that provide key business insights.

  • Demonstrating understanding of systems and interdependencies of processes to drive the business toward the development of systems that enable process improvement.

  • Ensuring that any and all research, adjustments, analysis, and documentation related to compensation are in compliance with SOX, company policy, and Audit controls.

  • Analyzing and interpreting reports for managers, and providing recommendations to enable business decisions.

  • Demonstrating understanding of compensation plans and policies or Agent contracts as well as a demonstrating basic knowledge of incentive management, financial, accounting, and additional support systems.

  • Partnering with leadership as needed and provide recommendations by root causing complex compensation issues.

  • Partnering with key Stakeholders to provide reporting needs and guidance.

  • Serving as a point of contact for assigned employees or agents and handle complex compensation inquiries.

  • Creating & maintaining metrics & KPI's for the full Global Commission department.

You are good with numbers and you love to dig into data to find the story. Crafting reports and spreadsheets is a fun afternoon for you. You pay attention to the details and know how to focus on what really matters. You understand the importance of accuracy in data analytics and reporting. You are a self-starter and a multitasker who can work independently under tight timelines. You want to make an impact by providing the data that will help improve the experience of our customers.You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and charting) and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SQL (Oracle, Teradata, or PostgreSQL)

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A focused degree in data analytics.

  • Experience in KNIME, Talend, Google Apps Scripting, and Tableau.

  • Experience analyzing data, building reports and presentations, and making recommendations.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience with Employee or Agent Compensation.

  • Experience with Compensation systems.
