What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be a senior QA Automation Engineer who works with design, development, and cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative Agile work environment.

- Testing web and mobile applications for a different line of businesses such as HR, Real Estate, and Employee Experience

- Providing the best and most innovative QA automation solutions

- Developing a better understanding of employee and customer needs

- Directly contributing to our exponential growth

- Instrumental in phases of product development life cycle

- Understand how QA can impact and improve overall user experience

- Taking ownership of tasks and tremendous passion for the work

- Lead best QA automation practices

What we’re looking for...

A versatile senior QA Automation Engineer with experience in testing large-scale enterprise web and mobile applications using industry-standard QA automation tools and technologies.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree and OTwo or more years of relevant experience as a senior QA automation engineer

- Good domain knowledge in HR/HCM applications (Workday/Peoplesoft) testing

- Good Agile test management and IT testing experience

- Proficient in using Selenium and Tosca tools for automating test cases

- Very good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

- Good in analyzing user requirements, functional and technical specifications of the application

- Hands on experience in the preparation of test plans, test cases, and test reports

- Good in analyzing user stories and use cases for validity and feasibility

- Good experience in executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

- Experience in developing load testing scripts using Load Runner and JMeter

- Strong ability to identify and track application defects and inconsistencies

- Apply QA automation principles and best practices throughout the Agile product life cycle

- Monitor, maintain, and provide reports for bug tracking and provide regular feedback to team

- Good testing experience of applications in AWS/Cloud environments

- Collaborate and communicate with design, development, and other cross-functional teams

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Even better if you have:

- Experience in testing Workday/Peoplesoft applications is an add-on

- Good understanding of DevOps model and CI/CD process

- Ability to learn and upskill on new tools and technologies as per the project needs

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
