What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be working on our VBG team to develop exciting new technologies at the forefront of the customer experience. Our startup-like environment is fast-paced and has cross-functional teams working side-by-side to build exciting next-generation products. Come join us and help us build the best customer experience platform. As DMTS in the team -
Guiding and mentoring architects, including transforming business processes and driving customer & employee experience.
Working on AI & GenAI capabilities to implement various use cases to enable the best customer experience.
Coordinating with/between product owners, project management, development team to create consensus on technical approaches, and high-level architecture and implement end-to-end.
Evaluating and conducting proofs of concept for open-source.
Delivering NSA for identified business domains to drive system modernization.
Creating and presenting and briefing to executive stakeholders.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Java and web technologies.
Experience with AI & GenAI implementations.
Experience in micro front-ends and microservices architecture.
Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills are required, including the discipline to document decisions and architectural approaches.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with TM Forum standards such as eTOM, Open APIs, ODA, etc.
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF, etc.
Certifications in related fields.
