About the role:

As VP of Sales at V7, you will lead a team of 20+ in scaling our revenue growth through a product-led SaaS sales strategy. You have previous experience in selling software to enterprises, starting from a product-led approach, and are familiar with the growth targets expected of a tech startup. You have an excellent sense for what makes a good salesperson and have previously scaled a team in a stage past $10m in ARR.

The ideal candidate is a current or former sales or growth leader from a high-growth SaaS company who wishes to embark on their next big project.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strategy and targets for new business, account management, and partnerships.
  • Work with the CEO and Director of Sales to establish a repeatable sales approach in multiple industries.
  • Establish an outbound strategy enabling the sale of V7 to enterprises by approaching both the C-level and machine learning developers.
  • Monitor and influence product-market fit across multiple use cases and industries to help grow the product.
  • Collaborate with other teams to forecast sales growth across different verticals and work with the CEO in fundraising efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leading a sales team of at least 40, including SDRs/BDRs
  • Previous experience in scaling a startup during or past hypergrowth.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An excellent track record in reaching sales targets.
