About the role
As a Partner Manager at V7 you will be responsible for managing and owning an existing set of partner accounts, helping grow and develop them, to maximise mutually beneficial relationships. As well as generating your portfolio of new partners via out-bounding, overall growing your book of business. This may be with, BPO’s, VAR’s, GSI’s, Integrations into complimentary technology and many other partner types.

You will have the opportunity to sell our subscription-based SaaS platform to and through partners, helping at every stage of the partner development and sales lifecycle. You will help establish a sales strategy and be able to decide partnerships that you would like to pursue or develop further.

The ideal candidate for this role has previously worked in sales or partnerships at a high-growth SaaS software company. We seek candidates who can get the most out of the partnership and have good experience in developing champions and identify a good partnership from a bad one.

We work collaboratively with our colleagues across sales, customer success and engineering. We want a team player that understands the ability to find win-win-win opportunities and collaborate effectively internally and externally.

Responsibilities will include

  • Finding champions within partner companies that represent our product internally.
  • Sharing news about features on V7 with our partners.
  • Ensuring our partners' sales teams are able to effectively sell our product.
  • Selling to and through different partner types
  • Managing and growing a book of business
  • Developing new partner relationships from conception to maturity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing software sales role with a demonstrable history of outperformance
  • Experience in a high growth environment
  • Confidence selling technical products
  • A curious, scientific mind
  • Fluency in English
