Salary range: £45,000 - £65,000

Responsibilities and upcoming projects
- Develop, own and implement with the Growth Operations and Sales Operations leads a company-wide, commercial platform strategy
- Connecting and managing our commercial tech stack (Hubspot, PlanHat, Outreach, SavvyCal, Zapier, etc.)
- Creating CRM best-practice for Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, specifically on data health for a rapidly scaling commercial organisation
- Turning Hubspot into our single point of truth for our lead and customer data
- Manage data governance & data quality, including GDPR and legal requirements
- Working with Commercial Operations to create and maintain prescriptive reporting
- Managing internal requests on connectivity, reporting, data surfacing, and processes
- Lead enrichment, qualification criteria, and scoring
- Improving the handling of inbound leads through their lifecycle across the commercial teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or sales operations
- Confidence in managing and automating the commercial reporting of a large SaaS solution
- Experience with CRMs (ideally Hubspot), building dashboards, reporting on key metrics, and creating automations
- Experience integrating other software tools into the stack to drive efficiency
- Strong understanding of broader digital marketing and the marketing/sales funnel.
- A systems-thinking approach
- Fluency in English
