Here’s where you come in
Reporting to the CRO, your mission is to build out our revenue operations function across our commercial teams. Working shoulder to shoulder with the sales, marketing and customer success teams, you will work to create scalable processes and BI systems that enable and unblock our commercial teams. Your KPIs will align with the commercial teams to ensure maximum performance.
This is a hybrid role of tactical and strategic initiatives, you will get to work with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll be designing and implementing operational processes from scratch, and then managing and automating them to scale.
This a global role and has significant strategic importance. You will enable our commercial teams to scale by ensuring we are collecting the right data, measuring what matters, and using these insights to build automated processes and better forecasting and planning.
You will both enjoy and excel at operating in Salesforce and spreadsheets, implementing rigor and process, as well as being a central hub of communication, engaging stakeholders to get buy-in across the business.
Your day-to-day
- You will own, define, implement and lead the revenue operations function at Unibuddy
- Own commercial reporting across our global customer base (Revenue Retention & Account Growth)
- Drive sales forecasting, enabling our business to understand Sales & Marketing funnels from top to bottom
- Administrate, design, and implement best-in-class tools and solutions to ensure efficient and effective business processes
- Assist with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships & Customer Success enablement, including building workflows and delivering training to a variety of teams
- Working across commercial teams to ensure KPI’s are aligned and hold the team to account on their KPI’s across the entire customer lifecycle
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reporting to company-wide stakeholders and leadership team
- Support annual planning cycles including forecasting, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial plan to international markets
- Drive continuous operational improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews
This might be for you if
- You enjoy being hands-on and are excited to be the first Rev Ops leader at Unibuddy.
- You have experience working in a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You’re an experienced Salesforce Admin (owning an instance, building flows, dashboards, reports.
- You have good knowledge of Einstein Analytics/BI tools.
- You’re experienced using marketing automation tools including Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar tools
- You have strong data analytic skills and demonstrated experience of building scalable systems and processes
- You can collaborate with cross-functional commercial partners to lead transformation and growth.
- You understand the marketing funnel from top to bottom.
